So you’ve recently updated your computer or PC and installed Windows 7. You thought it was all good until your screen constantly flashes and flickers. The windows even shows that it is (Not responding).
I’ve also recently experienced this, and thus found a way to obliterate it.
Steps:
1. Click the Start button.
2. Type in Services.msc at the textbox of the Search programs and files.
(If UAC prompts, then you need to provide a password or confirmation. after that Click on Continue.) UAC did not prompt on me.
3. Scroll down and find Desktop Window Manager Session Manager.
4. Select Stop from the context menu.
5. Right click on Desktop Window Manager Session Manager. Select Properties.
6. Go to the “General Tab”. Change the start up type to Disabled
7. Click OK.
